Culture with context
We approach every story and community with curiosity, specificity, and respect.
Our story
AND Creative Studio grew from the partnership of Aggie Tai and Darren Yang—and from a belief that the strongest work emerges when disciplines, cultures, and people meet.

The meaning of AND
AND begins with Aggie Tai and Darren Yang, two creative partners whose complementary strengths shape the studio. The name also expresses how we work: art and administration, tradition and innovation, creative intuition and disciplined execution.
That connective idea is central to every engagement. We listen first, find the through-line, and build the practical framework that lets a creative vision reach its audience with clarity.

Leadership
Founder / CEO
Aggie Tai is a New York-based sound engineer, recording producer, and creative producer with over a decade of experience in music, theater, and interdisciplinary performance. As the founder of AND Creative Studio, she integrates technical expertise in recording, live sound, and post-production with creative leadership in project development and production management.
Leadership & representation
Founder and CEO Aggie Tai is a minority woman from the AANHPI community—Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander. Her perspective informs a leadership style grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for the communities behind the work.
AND Creative Studio understands representation as an active practice: creating room for nuanced stories, building respectful partnerships, and helping artists and organizations communicate across cultures.
